Can I change my Supercell ID?

    I accidentally linked my main account to the "wrong" email via Supercell ID. Actually, I wanted to link this account to another email via Supercell ID.

    So now 2 questions: 1. Is it possible to delete your Supercell ID?

    2. Is it possible to change the email associated with the Supercell ID for the respective account? If yes how?

    I've heard from several people to write to Supercell Support, but is there another way?

    And how long do you usually have to wait until you get a response from support when you write to them?

    Without the help of support, this will most likely not be possible ...
    So far, I've always had very good experiences with the support - the answers usually within a few hours. Once it only took 15 minutes to get an answer

    As I said above, only about the support, I personally also wait for 7 hours for the support, so you have to be patient 😉

    Did it through support and got an answer within 20 minutes.

    The employee was really friendly and was able to fix my problem in a very short time.

    I'm really pleasantly surprised about the support.

    No matter what the request, I always get a bot that doesn't help and in the end I can only evaluate and then only the bot comes over and over again.

    What problem you have, I mean with the 4 options.

    E.g. My Blue King fell off the tower in the middle of the game.

    So far I've always got good answers from support by emphasizing the news, see above. Always describe the problem as precisely as possible. They don't want to lose any potential donors!

    So always stay polite, but say what you want. Already no bot comes but a person to help you.

    But I don't think I understood correctly about the 4 possibilities ...

    No matter. The support is actually reliable and helps you.
